लेट एक्टर सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की आख़िरी फ़िल्म ‘दिल बेचारा’ कल यानी 24 जुलाई को Disney+ Hotstar पर रिलीज़ होने वाली है. इस फ़िल्म में बतौर लीड एक्ट्रेस नज़र आएंगी संजना संघी. बतौर लीडिंग एक्ट्रेस ये उनकी पहली फ़िल्म होगी, लेकिन इससे पहले भी वो कई फ़िल्मों में काम कर चुकी हैं. वो बात अलग है कि उन फ़िल्मों में उनके रोल्स छोटे-छोटे थे, जिन पर ज़्यादातर लोगों ने ध्यान नहीं दिया होगा. 

रॉकस्टार

संजना संघी ने 13 साल की उम्र में फ़िल्म इंडस्ट्री में एंट्री की थी और उनको मायानगरी में लाये थे आए थे कास्टिंग डायरेक्टर मुकेश छाबरा. जब वो 13 साल की थीं तब मुकेश छाबरा ने उन्हें स्कूल में परफ़ॉर्म करते हुए देखा था. इसके बाद उन्होंने संजना को फ़िल्म ‘रॉकस्टार’ में काम करने का ऑफ़र दिया. इस मूवी में संजना ने नरगिस फ़ाखरी की बहन का रोल निभाया था.

हिंदी मीडियम

इसके कुछ सालों बाद वो फ़िल्म ‘हिंदी मीडियम’ में नज़र आईं. इस फ़िल्म में संजना ने एक्ट्रेस सबा कमर के बचपन का रोल प्ले किया था. जब उन्होंने ये फ़िल्म की थी तब वो थर्ड ईयर की स्टूडेंट थीं.

I could never have imagined that 3 years later – May 19th 2020 would be a day we’d be in a world without Irrfan Sir, and with theatres shut globally. The oddity of our current times, sometimes really does frighten me. Regardless! Here’s celebrating 3 years of this beautiful film. 🧡 Forever grateful for being such a small part of such a beautiful story. I was a 3rd year student in Delhi University when I shot for Hindi Medium, and the thought of just expanding my horizons as a performer by being around such inspirational artists meant the world to me, teaching me that no part as an actor is too big or small. I’m glad I made time away from the academic pressure of writing my thesis in the final year of college, and went ahead and did this. Saved myself from a huge regret I’d have carried with myself forever. Films go on to become journeys so special, that they simply can’t be beaten down by trying to quantify each artist’s, technician’s, and contributor’s part to play in creating it. उसी साल संजना संघी फ़िल्म ‘फुकरे रिटर्न्स’ में भी एक छोटा किरदार निभाती दिखी थीं. उन्होंने इसमें कैटी का किरदार निभाया था.

इसलिए ‘दिल बेचारा’ को संजना संघी की पहली फ़िल्म तो नहीं कहा जा सकता. लेकिन बतौर लीड एक्ट्रेस ज़रूर ये उनकी पहली फ़िल्म है. इस फ़िल्म को मुकेश छाबरा ने डायरेक्ट किया है. ये फ़िल्म ‘The Fault In Our Stars’ किताब पर आधारित है. 24 जुलाई को इसे Disney+ Hotstar पर रिलीज़ किया जाएगा. ये फ़िल्म सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की भले ही आख़िरी फ़िल्म है, लेकिन संजना संघी का फ़िल्मी करियर इससे आगे बढ़ने वाला है.
