सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की मौत के बाद बॉलीवुड लगातार एक के बाद एक विवादों में रहा है. कभी यहां मूवी माफ़िया का ज़िक्र होता है, तो कभी इंडस्ट्री पर नेपोटिज़्म का आरोप लगता है. लेकिन इन सबके बीच एक बड़ा विवाद उभर कर सामने आया है. दरअसल, सुशांत केस में जांच एजेंसियां ड्रग एंगल की जांच कर रही हैं, जिसमें नारकोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो (NCB) के रडार पर बॉलीवुड के बड़े-बड़े स्टार्स हैं, जिनमें से अब कुछ नाम सामने आ गए हैं.
रिया चक्रवर्ती की गिरफ़्तारी के बाद सारा अली खान, श्रद्धा कपूर और राकुल प्रीत सिंह जैसी फिल्म अभिनत्रियों समेत दीपिका पादुकोण का नाम भी सामने आया है. एनसीबी इन सभी से आज पूछताछ कर रही है. एनसीबी के अधिकारी ड्रग्स और चैट से संबंधित सवाल पूछ रहे हैं. हालांकि, इस बीच सोशल मीडिया दीपिका पादुकोण के सपोर्ट में उतर आया है.
