हाल ही में Netflix पर विनीत कुमार सिंह और आहाना कुमरा स्टारर वेबसीरीज़ ‘बेताल’ रिलीज़ हुई है. ‘बेताल’ का प्रोडक्शन शाहरुख़ ख़ान की कंपनी ‘रेड चिली एंटरनेटमेंट’ द्वारा किया गया है. सीरीज़ के राइटर और निर्देशक पैट्रिक ग्राहम हैं. वहीं सह-निर्देशक निखिल महाजन हैं.
ये सीरीज़ बाकि सीरीज़ से थोड़ी अलग है. सीरीज़ ज़ोंबी हॉरर है, जो ब्रिटिश कॉल की कहानी बयां कर रही है. इंडियन आर्मी उस सुरंग को खोदने की कोशिश करती है, जहां कभी ब्रिटिश सिपाही फंस गये थे. काले जादू की वजह से ब्रिटिश सिपाहियों की आत्मा उसी सुरंग में रहती है. जब भी किसी ने उस सुरंग में झांकने की कोशिश उसका विनाश हुआ है.

story has minor glitches, seems dragged a bit, could be completed in 3 episodes, ending not upto d mark, one observation #Betaal‘s look is molded based upon NightKing of GOT with exception of eye color. @AahanaKumra stands out.
