भारत की ग़रीबी और भुखमरी को ग़लत तरीके से पेश करने के लिए एक फ़ोटोग्राफ़र की हो रही है आलोचना

भारत में भुखमरी और ग़रीबी दोनों हैं. सालों से समस्याएं जस की तस बनी हुई हैं. इनको पूरी तरह से नहीं हटाया जा सका है.

भारत में भुखमरी को अलग-अलग फ़ोटोग्राफ़र्स ने दिखाया है.

उसी तरह, इटली के फ़ोटोग्राफ़र Alessio Mamo ने भी ‘Dreaming Food’ नाम से एक प्रोजेक्ट लॉन्च किया और भूख को कुछ यूं दिखाया.

फ़र्क साफ़ पता चल रहा है. Alessio ने जो क्रिएटिविटी समझकर किया, वो असल में कुछ यूं हो गया, मानो भूख का गंदा मज़ाक उड़ाया जा रहा हो.

Alessio ने ये तस्वीरें 2011 में खींची थीं. ये तब वायरल हो गईं, जब World Press Foundation ने अपने Instagram हैंडल पर शेयर किया.

कई लोगों ने Alessio और इस संस्था की कड़ी आलोचना की.

लोगों की तीखी प्रक्रिया देखकर Alessio ने मंगलवार को एक माफ़ीनामा भी जारी कर दिया, पर जो हो चुका है उसे बदला नहीं जा सकता.

#PovertyPorn नामक Hashtag के साथ ट्विटर पर भी लोगों ने Alession को खरी-खरी सुनाई.

कुछ लोग Alessio के समर्थन में ये भी कहते दिखे कि ये उत्तर प्रदेश और मध्य प्रदेश की ग़रीबी दिखाने का ही एक तरीका है.

सफ़ाई में World Press Photo ने ये कहा कि उनके इंस्टाग्राम पर क्या पोस्ट करना है और क्या नहीं, ये फ़ोटोग्राफ़र्स के ऊपर है, संस्था का इसमें कोई हाथ नहीं है.

The Hindu की एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, Global Hunger Index की लिस्ट में, 119 देशों में भारत 100वें स्थान पर है.
