The German Society for Nature Photography हर साल प्रतिष्ठित ‘The European Wildlife Photographer Of The Year’ प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन करती है. इस साल इस प्रतियोगिता में 38 देशों से 19,000 से अधिक तस्वीरें भेजी गयी.
22 अक्टूबर को इस प्रतियोगिता के विजेताओं को एक वर्चुअल पुरस्कार समारोह में सम्मानित किया गया.
एक फ़ोटो जो सबसे अलग थी और जिसने सबका ध्यान खिंचा, वो थी Jasper Doest की ‘A Monkey’s Mask’. सिर्फ़ एक तस्वीर के माध्यम से जंगली जानवरों के साथ इंसान के बिगड़ते रिश्तों को रेखांकित करने के लिए इसे Overall Winner घोषित किया गया.
