तनिष्क को ट्विटर फिर से अपना विज्ञापन हटाना पड़ा है. रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक़, ट्विटर, इंस्टाग्राम और अन्य सोशल मीडिया साइट्स पर एकत्वम ज्वैलरी का दिवाली स्पेशल Ad डाला था.
इस विज्ञापन में नीना गुप्ता, सयानी गुप्ता, निम्रत कौर और अलाया फ़र्नीचरवाला थे. इस विज्ञापन के ज़रिये तनिष्क ने नो क्रैकर दिवाली या बिना पटाखों के दिवाली पर ज़ोर देने की कोशिश की जो कुछ लोगों को पसंद नहीं आया.
ट्विटर पर बीजेपी के नेताओं समेत कई लोगों ने तनिष्क का बहिष्कार करने का आह्वान किया-
